Planning services typically fall into two areas:

The first deals with the local jurisdiction to research and respond to the requirements of the local zoning codes, planning area overlays, design districts and such. Depending on the location of your project and jurisdictional requirements, it may be necessary to go through one or more reviews prior to the development of the final design. An example of this is a design review process, where the project may require approval from a design review board, either at a city level, or a neighborhood level, or both.

The second service is master planning, which is developing a new concept for a group of buildings (a campus or an office park), a neighborhood or other urban construct, or even entire cities.

We can help you with your needs in both of these areas.
